摘 要:使用超声波技术在半导体氧化剂In_2O_3上包覆ZnO,并通过XRD和TEM等测试技术对样品进行了表征。以可溶性染料亚甲基兰为降解对象,研究了ZnO/In_2O_3复合光催化剂的催化活性及该催化剂回收再利用的可行性。结果表明,该磁载光催化剂对染料有较好的降解效果,并可循环使用,应用前景广泛。The use of ultrasound technology in the semiconductor oxidizer In2O3 coated ZnO, has been prepared and the photocatalysts were characterized by means of XRD and TEM, respectively. The photocatalysis of the catalyst was tested with methylene blue as decomposition substance. The photocatalytic activity of the material has been tested on decomposable substrate under UV-light and the catalyst recycling and reuse of the feasibility. The results show that this novel photocatalysts has a good degradation effect to the dye-based sewage with easy recycling .
