摘　　要：涂料的环保问题一直是业内近年来的热点。对涉及到日常生活的家具类涂料,人们对其环保,特别是"气味"尤其关注。PU醇酸树脂漆是家具涂料中用量最大的品种,对其涂装后的涂膜残留"气味"成因进行了研究,指出该残留"气味"并非来自一般意义上的溶剂(稀释剂)中的VOC,而是主要来源于涂料树脂中挥发较慢的小分子VOC的长期缓慢释放。The environmental protection about coating has always been the hot spot in recent years. For the furniture paint which involving the daily lilb, people are attention to the environmental protection, especially the ＂smell＂ problem. PU alkyd resin paint is the largest varieties of furniture paints. The reasons of the residue ＂smell＂ of coating film are studied. The result shows that the residual ＂smell＂ is not from a general sense of VOCs in solvents （thinner）, but mainly from the long time slow release of the small molecules VOC in coating resin.
