摘　　要：本文主要对制药工艺用水系统设计过程中的关键问题储存系统的选择、分配系统的选择进行讨论,并以一个冻干车间的设计为例详细说明了纯化水系统设计过程中的用水量设计、储罐设计、管道设计、泵的选型、注射用水系统冷点的设计以及微生物的控制方法。This paper mainly discusses the key issues in tile pharmaceutical process water system design, including the storage system design and the distribution system design. It also takes the design of a freeze-drying workshop as an example to illustrate in detail the water tank design, the pipeline design and the pump model selection of the purified water system as well as the cold water for injection （WFI） system design and the microorganism control methods. Finally, a summary and a discussion are given.
