摘 要:我国首个开发区是1979年国务院批准设立的蛇口工业区,之后对我国社会经济发展产生了重要影响。回顾30多年开发区建设,我国开发区土地节约集约利用从理念到实践、从设槛到健全、从政策到规范、从检查到考核、从定性到定量、从试点到全面、从小片到区域政策等方面取得长足地发展。未来我国的开发区土地节约集约用地将从探索走向常态、政策将从统一走向差别化、监管将进入国土监测工程系列、信息化将助力差变化用地管理、国土云将实现精细化用地管理。Shekou Industrial Zone, China's frst development zone, was established in 1979 by the State Council’s approve, which has an important impact on China's social and economic development. Looking back over 30 years of development zone construction, we can fnd that the intensive land use in China's development zone evolved from concept to practice, from threshold to sound, from policy to standard, from inspection to assessment, from qualitative to quantitative, from pilot to comprehensive, from small to regional policy, which means it has achieved rapid development. In this paper, we prospect the future of intensive land use in China's development zone, and fnd that, the model will evolve from the exploration to the norm, the policy will be unifed from the differentiation, the regulatory will enter the national monitoring project series, and the information technology will change the land management, the land cloud system will achieve fne land management.
