摘　　要：我国玉石资源分布广,种类多,作为极具观赏价值和极其珍贵的矿石资源,其开发利用情况一直以来备受关注。文章介绍了我国玉石资源赋存的基本状况,分析近几年我国玉石资源勘查开发状况的变化及其市场供需情况,梳理了各地在玉石资源开发秩序整顿、勘查开采监管和玉石矿产资源开发布局方面的管理制度,提出了加大玉石资源勘查力度,持续严厉打击乱采滥挖、偷挖盗采等违法违规行为,改进玉石资源开采技术,科学编制规划等方面的意见建议,为进一步完善玉石资源开发利用管理制度提供借鉴。As very valuable mineral resource with great ornamental value, jade resources are widespread with varied types across China. The development and utiliazation of jade resources has received many concerns all the time. This paper introduces the basic situation of jade resource occurrence in China. On this basis, it analyzes the facts that we face in exploring and exploiting jade resources in recent years, as well as market offering and demanding. This paper also sorts out the management systems in these areas such as rectifying the order in the exploitation, enhancing supervision in exploration and mining, developing a layout with regard to jade resources. In addition, it offers some opinions and suggestions with a view to promoting jade resource management. For example, we should step up efforts to explore jade resources, with continuing to crack down upon illegal mining. At the same time, we must improve the mining technology for jade resources, and scientifcally make the formulation of plan so as to provide reference for further improving the management system for the development and utilization of jade resource.
