摘 要:针对主动配电网中电压越限的问题,提出一种基于紧急需求响应的电压协调控制策略,采用紧急需求响应项目配合传统调压设备,协调控制主动配电网的电压。推导极坐标系下有功功率与无功功率对电压的灵敏度矩阵,定义关键电压节点,并以关键电压节点处的电压作为控制目标,让分布式电源参与紧急需求响应以增大调压容量,结合传统电压控制方式,提出紧急需求响应协调电压控制策略。案例分析验证该文方法的有效性及优越性。Considering the situation of voltage magnitude violation in active distribution network, a coordinated voltage control strategy based on emergency demand response was proposed in this paper. Voltage sensitivity matrixes for active power and reactive power were deduced in this paper, and then the critical voltage spot was defined. Taking the voltage of the critical voltage spots as control objective, the capacity of the voltage regulation can be increased by allowing distributed power to participate in emergency demand response. Combined with traditional voltage control method, a coordinated voltage control strategy was presented. Case analysis results show that the proposed method is effectiveness and superiority
