摘　　要：从农业专业化分工的意义和作用、农业专业化分工与农民经济组织的演进、农业专业化分工的抑制因素、农业专业化分工的非经济性问题四个方面对既有国内外研究文献进行综述。在文献总结的基础上,从丰富和完善"现象总结-理论探讨-实证检验"的研究体系出发,认为现有农业专业化分工研究大多停留在前两个阶段,缺乏对理论的深入探讨和检验验证,而且较少从农户微观层面进行农业专业化分工研究。为此,对农业专业化分工的后续研究提出了展望,认为出于对农业专业化分工理论的验证并拓展研究范围,应从农业专业化分工水平的指标评价体系构建和测算,分析影响农户进行农业专业化分工的因素,农业专业化分工与农业发展、农民增收和农民经济组织演进间的关系和作用,对解决农业专业化分工的非经济性问题方面展开分析研究。This paper reviewed the existing domestic and foreign literatures on specialization and division of labor in agriculture from four aspects including the importance and significance, the evolution of farmers , e-conomic organizations,the restraining factors, and the non-economic problems in the specialization of agricul-ture.Then by following the order of “ phenomenon summary-theoretical discussion-empirical test” , it pointed out that current research in this field is lingering in the first two stages, lacking in-depth analysis and verification of the internal mechanism; moreover, fewer studies were conducted into the specialization of agriculture from the micro level.Prospects on the follow-up studies were proposed.In other words, verification should be made of rel-evant theories and the research scope expanded. Besides, empirical analysis should be carried out from such as-pects as the establishment and calculation of the index system of agricultural specialization, factors that affect farmers in specialization of agriculture, and the relationship and function between specialization,division of la-bor of agriculture,and the development of agriculture and the evolution of the economic organization of farmers in order to solve the non-economic problems caused by agricultural specialization.
