尖锐湿疣复发患者的细胞因子及淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尖锐湿疣复发患者的细胞因子及免疫功能的变化规律。方法选取我院皮肤科收治的87例尖锐湿疣患者。将患者分为初发组与复发组。初发组48例,复发组39例,选取同期体检的42名健康者作为对照组。对3组人员的血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-6及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+分布水平进行检测及统计分析。结果 3组患者的IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、CD4+/CD8+水平之间比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。两两比较后发现,复发组患者的血清IL-2、IL-6、CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+水平均显著低于初发组与对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-4、CD8+细胞水平均显著高于初发组与对照组(P<0.05);初发组患者的血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、CD4+/CD8+水平与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣复发患者存细胞免疫功能的失衡,细胞免疫功能低下可能是导致其反复发作的一个原因。Objective To investigate the changes of cytokines and immune function in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 87 patients with condyloma acuminatum were included in this study,and were assigned to two groups,primary group(n=48),recurrent groups(n=39). Another 42 healthy subjects were selected as controls(control group). The peripheral blood levels of CD4+T-lymphocyte,CD8+T-lymphocyte,CD4+/CD8+ratio and the levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6were detected and analyzed statistically. Results There were significant differences in the levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,CD4+T-lymphocyte,CD8+-T lymphocyte,CD4+/CD8+ratio between the three groups(all P values were less than 0.05). Serum IL-2,IL-6,CD4+/CD8+ratio in the patients with relapse were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P values were less than 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels between the initial group and the control group(all P values were more than 0.05). Conclusion In patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum,there is an imbalance of cellular immune function,and this cellular immune dysfunction may be a cause of recurrent attacks
