摘 要:目的:探讨高频超声对桡神经损伤的诊断价值。方法:总结经肌电图及手术证实的18例桡神经损伤的声像图特征。结果:18例桡神经损伤中,神经卡压15例,神经断裂3例。高频超声不仅可清晰显示桡神经局部受压及两端水肿增粗程度,同时能显示致其卡压的具体因素,比如瘢痕、内固定、肿块等,另外可显示神经干断裂。结论:高频超声能有效诊断桡神经损伤,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。Objective: To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of radial nerve injury.Methods: The ultrasonographic features of 18 cases with radial nerve injury confirmed by electromyography and operation were summarized.Results: In 18 cases of radial nerve injury, there were 15 cases of nerve compression and 3 cases of nerve rupture.High-frequency ultrasound examination not only clearly showed the local compression and the thickening degree of edema at both ends of the radial nerve, but also demonstrated the specific factors resulting in its compression, such as scars, internal fixation, lumps, etc.Moreover, it could reveal the rupture of nerve cord.Conclusion: High frequency ultrasound examination can effectively diagnose radial nerve injury, which provides imaging basis for clinical treatment.
