摘　　要：普宣高速公路普立特大桥主桥为主跨628m的悬索桥,其加劲梁采用扁平流线型单箱单室钢箱梁结构,加劲梁采用缆索吊机旋转架梁法架设。在加劲梁施工过程中,钢箱梁在工厂内制作成板单元,通过汽车将板单元运输至桥位后组拼成钢箱梁节段;采用轮胎式运梁车将钢箱梁节段运输至引桥上存放;在主跨侧设置缆索吊机,缆索吊机的主索沿高度方向垂直锚固于散索鞍支墩;利用缆索吊机安装宣威侧的前2个钢箱梁节段,挂设临时斜拉索,形成斜拉吊挂式墩旁架梁平台;从中间往两侧方向架设钢箱梁节段,将钢箱梁节段旋转90°后通过桥塔,利用缆索吊机起吊钢箱梁节段,将钢箱梁节段运输至安装位置旋转90°后,进行钢箱梁节段的下放、安装。The main bridge of the Puli Bridge on Puli-Xuanwei Expressway is a suspension bridge with the main span of 628 m. The stiffening girder of the bridge is the streamlined flat steel box girder of single cell and single box and is erected by the cable crane by the rotating erection method. In the construction of the stiffening girder, the plate elements of the girder were manufac-tured in the workshop and were then transported by the trucks to the bridge site where they were assembled into the segments of the steel box girder. At the site, the assembled segments were transported onto the approach bridge by the tyre girder carrier and were stored there. Over the main span of the bridge, the cable crane was arranged and the main cables of the cable crane were anchored perpendicularly along the height of the cables to the splay saddle support piers. The first 2 segments of the steel box girder on the Xuanwei side were installed by the cable crane, the tem-porary stay cables for connecting the 2 segments and the bridge tower were installed and the cable- stayed pier-side girder erection platform was hence formed. The rest of the segments of the steel box girder were installed from the middle of the bridge towards the two sides. At the towers, the segments were rotated 90° to bypass the towers, were hoisted by the cable crane and after the seg-ments were transported to their respective installation positions by the cable crane, the segments were rotated 90° again, were lowered down and installed.
