论我国风险投资的制度创新

摘　　要：我国风险投资发展渠道不畅 ,水平不高 ,规模不大 ,根子在于缺乏一整套适合风险投资发展的制度和法律保障 ,这其中最核心的问题就在于风险投资的微观组织形式的制度创新。本文围绕有限合伙制制度创新所涉及的有限合伙公司制。The basic reason why venture capital in our country did not development smoothly and operated on low level and with small scale was short of a system and low guarantee adapted to VC development. Among them, the core problem was the system innovation of micro institutional structure. This paper discusses the policies and lows environment that adapted to VC development around the limited partnership system innovation, including venture capital partnership and consulting service organization system.
