摘  要:针对镍铜冶炼烟气制酸产品硫酸夏季阶段性发红问题,分别以试剂硫酸、未发红硫酸为参照,采用ICP-AES对发红硫酸进行检测分析,认为硫酸中氮氧化物在夏季高温时加速了对酸库钝化保护膜的破坏,产生了溶于硫酸的红色硫酸硝酸亚铁复合盐,造成了硫酸夏季阶段性发红。针对硫酸发红的形成因素,提出了可行性解决措施,主要是控制NO_x的含量。The root cause analysis of summer-seasonal redness in sulphuric acid were investigated by conducting ICP-AES analysis of the reddish sulphuric acid and comparing with the references, i. e. the reagent grade sulphuric acid and the non-reddish sulphuric acid. The results showed that the nitrogen oxides in sulphuric acid accelerated the speed to break the passive film of the acid pool under the high temperature during summer, resulting in the formation of the reddish sulphuric acid ferrous nitrate complex salt which can dissolve in the sulphuric acid. Thus, control the content of the NOx. in the sulphuric acid has been put forward as a key measurable step to solve the problem.
