摘 要:针对镍冶炼闪速炉干燥窑产生的低浓度二氧化硫烟气治理问题,对比了多种处理方法,研发出一套利用有色湿法冶炼过程中产生的碱性废水(碳酸镍上清液)作为主脱硫剂,以w(Na OH)30%氢氧化钠溶液作为脱硫装置应急保险脱硫剂的烟气治理工艺。投运后消耗碳酸镍上清液68.3 t/h、w(Na OH)30%溶液0.48 t/d,可实现镍闪速炉干燥窑烟气的达标排放。既降低了污水处理费用,也减少了脱硫运行费用,实现废气、废液综合利用,以废治废。Various flue gas treatment methods are compared to solve the problems encountered in the treatment of the flue gas containing low concentration of SO2 from the drying kiln of the nickel smelting flash furnace. A new technology is proposed using the alka-line wastewater (nickel carbonate supernatant) , produced in the nonferrous metallurgy by a wet process, as the main agent for sulphur removal. The 30 wt. % of sodium hydroxide solution works as the desulphurization device to treat the flue gas as an emergency action. After the technology is put into operation, the consumption amount of nickel carbonate supernatant is 68. 3 t /h and w (NaOH) 30% solution 0.45 t/d. The tail gas emission of the nickel flash furnace drying kiln can meet the requirement. This not only reduces the cost of sewage treatment, but also decreases the operating costs of the desulphurization process. The integration of the waste gas and waste liquid treatment has been achieved.
