摘 要:钢结构发生脆断的两个至关重要的因素是环境温度和钢材厚度,随着温度的下降和厚度的增加,钢材也随之变脆。本文首先分析低温脆性和钢材脆韧转变的影响因素,然后采用三点弯曲试验和低温冲击韧性试验分析钢材脆性断裂从发生、发展到断裂的机理。实验验证了钢材脆断与温度和厚度的分布规律,有针对性的提出了预防冷脆危害的方法。Two utter important factors that causes brittle fracture in steel structure are environmental temperature and thickness of steel. As temperature drops and thickness increases, the steel becomes more brittle. This report firstly analyze the influential factors of brittleness in low temperature and steel brittle ductile transition process. Then it uses three point bending flexural test and low temperature impact toughness test to derive the mechanism of how the brittle fracture happens. The experiment shows the distribution pattern of brittle fracture against temperature and thickness. In addition, it brings out several measures to prevent damage caused by brittle fracture in low temperature.
