载重汽车车厢移动荷载下的力学响应分析

摘　　要：在移动荷载作用下分析载重汽车车厢的力学响应性能,对其受力情况进行试验加载分析和数学模拟,提高载重汽车车厢的安全性和寿命。采用机械锚固的方式进行移动荷载作用下载重汽车车厢的负荷加载。分析了移动负荷加载下载重汽车车厢的弹性模量、屈服强度动力学关系模型,得到移动荷载作用下的载重汽车车厢动力受力状态云图。试验结果表明,采用该模型进行移动荷载作用下的载重汽车车厢动力学性能分析,对受力情况分析结果准确可靠。Under moving load, the mechanical response performance of truck compartment is analyzed,and the loading test and mathematical simulation are carried out to improve the safety and life of truck.The load of heavy truck is loaded under moving load by mechanical anchoring. The dynamic relation model of the elastic modulus and yield strength of the heavy loaded truck loaded with moving load is analyzed. The dynamic stress state of the truck body under moving load is obtained. The test results show that the model can be used to analyze the dynamic performance of the truck under moving loads, and the analysis of the force is accurate and reliable.
