摘 要:针对大跨径预应力混凝土桥梁存在的箱梁开裂、跨中下挠等问题,本文从裂缝和挠度产生的机理进行切入研究,通过考虑设计、施工、运营管理及外界环境等方面,综合分析箱梁裂缝产生的原因,同时研究了混凝土收缩徐变和预应力损失对跨中下挠的影响,发现纵向预应力损失是跨中下挠的主要影响因素,而竖向预应力损失则是造成箱梁腹板裂缝增多的主要原因。通过对桥梁灾害成因分析,提出对应的桥梁加固方案和裂缝处理方案,为类似桥梁的灾害治理提供了丰富的经验。In order to solve the problems of box girder cracking and mid-span down warping for the long span prestressed concrete bridge. The mechanisms of crack and downwarp are researched in this study.Comprehensive analysis of the formation causes of cracks in the box girder based on the factors of design,construction, operation management and the external environment and so on. Meanwhile, the influences of shrinkage and creep of concrete and loss of prestress to mid-span down warping are studied, the results show that the longitudinal prestress loss is the main influence factors to mid-span down warping,while the vertical prestress loss is the main cause of the box girder web plate cracks increased. So that the corresponding bridge reinforcement and fracture treatment plans are put forward, provides a wealth of experience for similar bridges disaster governance.
