摘  要:短线匹配预制[1]、悬臂安装工艺[2]中采用临时张拉体系,传统方法是预留孔洞后,采用钢齿坎反锚并用精轧螺纹钢张拉。但该方法存在施工困难、安全风险大、功效低、修补后易渗水等缺陷。介绍一种新型临时对拉系统——剪力锥临时张拉体系,其已在港珠澳大桥香港接线工程短线匹配预制箱梁施工中得到成功应用。When adopting temporary tension system in s h o r t - l in e matching p re fabrication , cant ileverassembly process , the tra d it io n a l way is adopting steel bucket back anchorage and tension w ith rol ledthread after holes foreseen. However this measure has the disadvantages of d i f f ic u l t con s tru c t io n,highsafety risk , low effect and easy seepage after re p a ir, etc. This paper introduced a novel temporary p u l lsystem-shearing force temporary tension system. I t was successfully appl ied in Hong Kong-Z h u h a i-M a c a uBridge Hong Kong side connection project s h o r t - l in e matching prefabricated box girder construct ion.
