摘 要:针对印染废水具有致癌、致畸和致突变性,急需经济高效的处理技术,结合基于SO_4^-·高级氧化技术可高效氧化难降解有机污染物的特点,以模拟次甲基蓝印染废水作为目标污染物,采用Fe^(2+)/PMS类芬顿体系,考察了初始MB浓度、初始PMS浓度、初始Fe^(2+)浓度、初始溶液pH值对MB脱色效率的影响。结果表明,Fe^(2+)活化PMS的速率较快,氧化MB脱色可分为两个阶段,快速反应阶段和慢速反应阶段,在快速反应阶段内生成大量的SO_4^-·,有利于MB的快速脱色。该体系氧化MB的最佳Fe(Ⅱ)/PMS摩尔比为1.25∶1,最佳反应pH值为3.0,MB脱色效率与MB初始浓度成反比,与PMS初始浓度成正比,Fe^(2+)/PMS体系主要产生的活性物种为SO_4^-·。研究结果可为以次甲基蓝为代表印染废水高效氧化提供一定的理论依据及技术支持。The printing and dyeing wastewater require efficient and economical treatment technology due to their carcinogenic, mutagenic and mutagenicity.A Fe2+/PMS Fenton system was employed to process methylene blue printing and dyeing wastewater as the target pollutants because based on sulfate radical advanced oxidation technology can efficient oxidation of refractory organic pollutants.The effects of initial concentration of MB,initial concentration of PMS,initial concentration of Fe2+,initial solution pH value on the decolorization efficiency of MB were investigated.Results show Fe2+ can quickly activate PMS to oxidation of MB in two stages (fast reaction and slow reaction phase).MB was rapidly oxidized of a large number of SO4-·in fast reaction phase.The optimal molar ratio of Fe2+ to PMS was 1.25∶1 with the pH value of 3.0 in the Fe2+/PMS system.MB decolorization efficiency was inversely proportional to the initial concentration of MB and proportional to the initial concentration of PMS.The principal reactive in Fe2+/PMS system were analyzed,it was SO4-·responsible for the MB decolorization.The study provided a promising approach for efficient decomposition of methylene blue printing and dyeing wastewater.
