摘　　要：残疾人公共体育服务体系是我国公共体育服务的重要组成部分。为规范和指导我国残疾人公共体育服务体系的相关研究,在对残疾人公共体育服务概念、基本特征和价值取向诠释、解读的基础上,结合我国实际情况提出涵盖需求、供给、保障和评价体系的残疾人公共体育服务研究框架体系,并对框架体系内的各组成要素功能和作用进行分析。研究认为我国残疾人公共体育服务体系研究框架是一个涉及残疾人公共体育服务需求产生、形成、实现和反馈的过程,这个过程是按照一定的逻辑顺序进行的一系列活动构成的有机整体。通过对我国残疾人公共体育服务体系研究框架的构建,不仅为进一步研究我国残疾人公共体育服务提供理论支撑,进而推动在健康中国全民健身国家战略下残疾人公共体育服务理论与实践的全面发展。The public sports service system for the disabled is an important part of public sports service in China. This study is aimed to standardize and guide studies on public sports service for the disabled in China. Based on the concept,characteristics,and value interpretation of public sports service for disabled people as well as China's actual situation,we propose a framework that covers the supply,demand,guarantee and evaluation of the public sports service system for the disabled and analyze the functions of its components. We find that China's public sports service system for the disabled is an organic whole involving the generation,formation,realization and feedback of service demands. The construction of this framework can not only provide theoretical support for further study of public sports service for the disabled in China,but also promote the all-round development of theories and practices of the public sports service system for the disabled under the national fitness strategy of Health China.
