工匠精神:体育教师的优秀素养与培育

摘　　要：工匠精神是新时期体育教师应具备的优秀素养。结合传统的工匠精神内涵,重构当代体育教师工匠精神,精益求精的匠心、尚巧求新的匠艺、爱岗敬业的匠徳、知行合一的匠化是体育教师工匠精神的时代意蕴。以工匠精神引领体育教师职业发展,对提升体育教师队伍整体素养、形塑体育教师队伍优良风气、破解学校体育发展难题具有重要的理论意义和当代意义。体育教师工匠精神培育应该把握好三个重点,在价值重构方面树立工匠精神的职业观念、在制度保障方面形成工匠精神的生成机制、在精神传承方面形成工匠精神的示范引领。Craftsman spirit is the excellent literacy of PE teachers in the present age. According to the traditional meaning of craftsman spirit,restructuring its new meaning that include the excellent heart,the innovative technology,the dedicative morality,the unity of knowledge and action. Craftsman spirit is important to PE teachers' career development,especially for teachers overall quality,good atmosphere of PE teachers,solving the PE problem. The cultivating paths should include three key points that are as follows,establishing the craftsman spirit concept in the value aspect,fathering the craftsman spirit mechanism in the institution,taking shape the craftsman spirit inheritance.
