百龙滩电站进水口闸门启闭作业不安全事件分析及应对措施

摘　　要：通过对百龙滩电站进水口闸门多年的启闭过程中出现的不安全现象进行统计,分析其产生异常的原因,提出了相应的应对措施,并形成经验和理论以指导闸门启闭工作的正常开展,使闸门启闭过程中出现的不安全现象得到全面控制。This paper makes statistics of unsafe gate operation for many years at water inlet of Bailongtan Hydropower Station, analyzes cause of abnormality, and puts forward corresponding measures to form experience and theory, guide the gate operation in normal condition, and finally control the unsafe condition in the gate operation.
