摘  要:针对陈四楼煤矿北风井井筒-320^-410 m段井壁腐蚀破坏严重、抗压强度低、并有多处明出水点和大面积渗水的状况,结合井筒水文地质条件,分析确定了井壁腐蚀、破坏原因是由于K6砂岩含水层中的含有硫酸根离子(SO_4^(2-))的酸性水的侵蚀,提出了先对井壁注浆加固、堵水,再进行灌浆回填修复的施工方案,在高瓦斯矿井回风井井筒保持正常通风、作业空间狭小、可见度低、缺少提升系统、K6砂岩含水层可注性差的条件下,通过采用防喷砂和防涌水的多次复孔注浆技术和使用高强无收缩灌浆料灌浆回填修复的施工工艺,现场模拟降低风速、安装临时提升系统、改造井筒封口盘和作业盘等措施,顺利完成井筒修复施工,保证了施工质量,缩短了施工工期。For the serious damage,low compressive strength of wall corrosion in-320 ^-410 m of north wind shaft in Chensilou Coal Mine,and there were many out of water and large area of water seepage,combined with the hydrogeological conditions of mine shaft and relevant analysis,it was determined that the casing corrosion and damage was due to the erosion of acidic water containing sulfate ions( SO_4^(2-)) in the aquifer of K_6 sandstone,it was suggested that the first grouting reinforcement and water shutoff,and then to backfill grouting repair construction schemes,in the high gas mine return air well shaft to maintain normal ventilation,working space is small,low visibility,lack of lifting system,K_6 sandstone aquifer can be poor under the conditions of poor,through the adoption of the sand and the water several times after hole grouting technique and the use of high-strength non-shrink grout material backfill grouting repair construction technology,the scene simulation,installation of temporary hoisting system,reduce wind speed shaft sealing plate and plate of reform measures,complete shaft repair construction,to ensure the construction quality,shorten the construction period.
