摘　　要：为了提高无源雷达模拟训练效益,分析了无源雷达教学训练现状;基于基础认知、装备磨合、战斗操作和决策锻炼的装备认知规律,构建了基于模拟训练系统的无源雷达模拟训练运行机制.该模拟训练运行机制包括训练管理多角色职责划分、基于时间维和逻辑维的模拟训练组织流程逻辑,以及多层次训练考核内容范畴,能够覆盖个人训练、班子训练和集成训练多种组训模式的模拟训练需求,为无源雷达模拟训练组织运行提供理论依据,对其他雷达模拟训练模式机制研究也具有借鉴意义.For the purpose of simulation training benefit enhancement of passive radar, on the basis of the general cognitive rules of equipment which include basic cognition, equipment running-in, combat operation and decision-making exercise, this paper analyzes the current situation of passive radar teaching, and establishes the operation mechanism of passive radar simulation training based on the training simulation system. The proposed operation mechanism includes multi-role responsibility of training management, organization process logic of simulation training and multilevel training content category. It is able to satisfy the requirements of simulation training with multi modes such as individual training, leading body training and integration training, and provides a theoretical support for the passive radar simulation training. Therefore, the paper is significant as a reference for the mechanism studies of other radar simulation training modes.
