摘　　要：初审是学术期刊三审制的第一个环节,是保证期刊学术质量的第一个关口.为落实好科技期刊的三审制、保证期刊的学术质量,根据军校科技期刊的初审内涵,归纳出具有鲜明性和可操作性的初审流程;结合我院学报编辑出版的实际,提出了提高军校科技期刊的初审质量的四点建议.这为其他军校科技期刊的审稿提供了参考.Initial-review, the first link of the three-review system of academic journals, is the first gate to ensure the academic quality of journals. In order to implement the three-review system of sci-tech journals and ensure the academic quality of journals, this article, in terms of the initial-review connotation of the sci-tech journals in military academies, sums up operational process of the initial-review with clarity and feasibility. The article also combines the actual situation of editing and publishing in our academy, and puts forward four suggestions to enhance the initial-review quality of military academy journals, which provides a reference for the review of other military academies' sci-tech journals.
