便携式采油井口安全带系挂装置研制与应用

摘　　要：在机械清蜡和抽汲作业过程中,操作人员需要在井口装置上安装、拆卸防喷管,而现有的井口操作平台较难进行清蜡和抽汲作业操作,操作人员只能站在井口装置上从事高处作业。井口装置没有安全带系挂点,无法使用防坠落安全带,容易打滑跌落。依托清蜡和抽汲井现有的采油井架,根据油井场站设备设施特点、安全标准要求和人体工效学,研制出便携式采油井口安全带系挂装置,该装置由挂架、升降支架和插销构成,现场组装使用,可为井口装置高处作业提供安全保障。通过在川中地区的推广使用证实,该装置构思巧妙、结构简单、安装快捷,具有较强的实用性。During the process of mechanical wax cleaning and pumping operation, the operator needs to install and dismantle the nozzle on the wellhead device. And the operator engages in work at heights on the wellhead device. So it is very difficult to carry out the cleaning and pumping operation on the existing wellhead operation platform. Since there is no a safety belt hanging point, the operation is so dangerous and the operator is very likely to get injured. According to the characteristics of oilfield station facilities and facilities, a portable oil well-head harness connector system is designed based on the existing production and derivation of wax removal and drainage wells. the device is composed of a hanger, the lifting bracket and the bolt, which can provide security for work at heights. The wide use of this device in Si-chuan confirms that the device has the advantages of artful design, simple structure, quick installation and strong practicability.
