摘 要:系统分析了BiAlCaZn玻璃粉在水热工艺处理前后的形貌变化和对烧结行为的影响。用激光粒度分布仪分析试样粒径变化,用X射线衍射光谱仪(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析试样组成的晶态变化和价态变化,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)探测试样烧结形貌变化。结果表明:水热过程使玻璃粉粒径增大,在玻璃粉表面生成水化保护膜抵挡水热侵蚀,水化后因硅醇基含量升高,玻璃烧结后表面致密化程度增大,为玻璃表面致密化提供了思路;原玻璃粉烧结有分相现象,而玻璃粉经水热后烧结,分相被分散嵌入于玻璃基体中而消失,这也为玻璃分相的抑制提供了一种新的方法。The influence of the hydrothermal process on the morphology and sintering behavior of BiAlCaZn glass powder was investigated. The particle size of the sample was analyzed by laser particle size distribution analyzer, and the sintered morphology was explored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the changes of the amorphous and the valence state of the samples. The results show that the glass fiber particle size is increased with the hydrothermal process, and the hydration protective film is formed on the surface of the glass powder to resist the hydrothermal erosion. After the hydration, the content of silanol group is increased, and the degree of densification of the surface after glass sintering is increased, which provides the idea for densification of glass surface. The raw glass powders exist phase separation after sintering, but the phase is dispersed into the glass matrix and disappears after hydrothermal treatment, which also provides a new method for the inhibition of glass phase separation.
