摘  要:随着金属化薄膜电容器不断向小体积、高可靠、高性能方向发展,所需金属化薄膜的性能质量也随之提高。介绍了电容器用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的加工成型方法和电容薄膜真空蒸镀工艺技术。通过调整金属化镀层结构、蒸发抗氧化油保护层及薄膜表面特殊处理这三种蒸镀工艺处理方法,可改善电容器在高温、高湿测试条件下金属层的腐蚀。采用锌加厚高方阻铝膜的蒸镀方式,能适应直流支撑电容器高耐压、高纹波电流的要求。With the trend of small size, high reliability and high performance of metalized film capacitors, a requirement was raised for metalized film with better properties. A processing method for biaxially-oriented polypropylene film used in capacitors and vacuum coating technology was introduced. Three kinds of coating processing method can resist this metal layer corrosion in the capacitor under high temperature and humidity test conditions: adjusting the metal layer structure, evaporation of the anti-oxidation protection layer and a special treatment on the film surface. The withstand voltage and ripple current capability of DC-link capacitor are improved by coating a zinc heavy edge onto high resistance aluminum film.
