摘　　要：结合南和县窑坑周边的地质条件与灌溉情况,从引水、蓄水、灌溉等方面,阐述了利用废弃窑坑建设小型水库蓄水工程的方案,指出窑坑蓄水灌溉达到了缓解地下水超采、美化周边环境、提高灌溉效率等目的。Combining with the geological conditions and irrigation of pits in Nanhe County, the paper illustrates the construction of the small res-ervoir water-storage project by using the pits from the water diversion, irrigation, and points out the pit water storage and irrigation can relieve the underground water over-mining, beautify the surrounding environment, and improve the irrigation efficiency.
