摘　　要：以中国移动国际信息港项目为例,从应用软件、协同设计、绿色仿真、虚拟现实等方面,阐述了BIM在建筑工程管理全阶段的应用,指出BIM技术具有项目管理的全新技术理念,为建筑行业的发展带来了新契机。Taking the China Mobile international information port project as an example, from the application software, collaboration design, green simulation, virtual reality and other aspects, elaborated the application of BIM in construction engineering management stage, pointed outthat the BIM technology had new technology idea of project management, brought new opportunities for the development of construction industry.
