摘　　要：针对城市建筑运营期间的典型安全事故及主要风险,介绍了大型公共建筑运营风险管理系统及功能,建立了大型建筑运营风险数据库,开发了多功能模块,为我国城市公共安全和大型公共建筑的安全运营提供技术参考。In light of typical safety accident and major risks during the city building operation period, the paper introduces large-scape publicbuilding operation risk management system and functions, establishes large-scale building operation risk database, and develops multi-functionmodules, which has provided some technical reference for domestic public safety and large-scale public building safety operation as well.
