摘 要:讨论了GB/T 23322-2009中采用LC-MS/MS法检测纺织品中APEO质量分数有时结果不一致的原因;采用三种不同聚合度的OPEO配制新的混合标液,经LC-MS/MS表征,各个组分质量浓度分布更均匀,采用此混合标液检测纺织品APEO的方法检出限为0.05 mg/kg,回收率范围为91.3%~104.4%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~3.43%,说明可以通过混合的方法对APEO标液的组分质量浓度分布情况进行调整,建议本标准对APEO的组分分布情况进行严格的规定,使检测的结果更科学。Analyzed the reasons for inconsistent results of textile APEO detecting when used LC -MS/MS method in GB/T 23322-2009. A new mixed standard solution was prepared by using three OPEO solutions with different polymerization degrees. According to LC -MS/MS characterization, the content of each component was better-distributed. The detection limit of the mixed APEO standard solution was 0. 05 mg/ kg, recovery rate was 91. 3 % ~ 104. 4%, and relative standard deviation was 0. 75% ~ 3. 43%. Obviously, the content of the APEO components can be adjusted by mixing. We recommend that GB/T 23322-2009 should be more stringent on the components of APEO, so obtained results can be more accurate.
