摘 要:双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)是一种危害生物体内分泌干扰效应的环境激素。 Bisphenol A (BPA) is an environmental hormone, which has a harmful effect to endocrine-disrupting of organism. In recent years, with the booming of industry and agriculture and extensive use of BPA in paper industry, electronics, food packaging and other industries, many foreign and domestic rivers and lakes have been polluted by BPA to some degree. BPA has played a role in human hormones of synthesis, releasing, transportation, thereby affecting the physiological behavior of human reproduction and development. Toxic effects of BPA include endocrine disruptors, neurotoxins, immunotoxins and so on. These toxic effects have a relationship to cancer cells and may even increase the possibility of distortion. In addition, BPA toxic alternatives and its combination with other substances have increased the diversity of toxicity of BPA, which becomes a risk to human life gradually. Studying the toxic effects of BPA and BPA alternatives, and having a better understanding the mechanism of toxicity of BPA are useful to prevention and control of BPA pollution on human health.
