PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置提升紧致的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置提升紧致的临床体会。方法选择于2016年7月~2017年5月在本院中行皮下埋线提升面部皮肤紧致的患者90例,随机抽取45例作为观察组,应用PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线,另45例作为对照组,仅应用PPDO锯齿线,观察改善效果。结果观察组患者治疗后面部松弛改善优良率高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率与对照组相近,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论皮下埋置提升面部皮肤紧致度手术中,应用PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线方式后可提升手术效果,有效改善患者面部状况,提升面部的美观程度。Objective To explore the clinical experience of PPDO serrated line binding on the PPDO spirals. Methods 90 cases boc subcutaneous embedded wire improve facial skin from July 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital , randomly selected as observation group 45 cases, application of PPDO sawtooth line combined with PPDO helix, another 45 cases as control group, the application of PPDO sawtooth thread only, to observe the effect to improve. Results The improvement rate was higher than that in the control group after the treatment of the patients, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications was similar to that in the control group, no statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Subcutaneous embedment improve facial skin frmness in the operation and application of PPDO sawtooth line combined with PPDO helix mode can improve the operation efect, after efectively improve patient facial condition, improve facial aesthetics.
