摘　　要：本文详细阐述了纯铝在TIG焊焊接时的特点,论述了产生各种缺陷的原因及相应的预防措施。通过试验制订了成熟的焊接工艺,并对焊接时的注意事项和焊接方法做了说明。对焊接后的试样进行了X射线及力学性能、金相分析等相关的理化性能试验,并和母材的理化性能试验进行对比,充分证明了所制定的焊接工艺的可靠性。This paper describes the characteristics of pure aluminum in tungsten inert gas(TIG) welding and the causes of various defects as well as the corresponding preventive measures. The mature welding procedure was developed by the experiments and the precautions and welding methods were described. The tests of physical and chemical properties of samples,such as X-ray,mechanical properties,metallographic analysis were compared with those of the base metal. The results prove the reliability of the welding process.
