芳烃抽提装置生产邻二甲苯和己烷产品经济性分析

摘　　要：大榭石化55万吨/年芳烃抽提装置与其它同类装置比较,产品系列中多了邻二甲苯及己烷。因邻二甲苯与混二甲苯之间存在价格差,而己烷与化工轻油之间不仅存在价格差异,还存在税费差异,为了降本增效,工艺上增设了邻二甲苯塔与己烷分馏塔系统,生产稳定,产品指标优良。但在销售邻二甲苯与己烷产品时,发现这两种产品目前市场销售价格优势较小,年收益不高。于是对装置运行进行优化,提出停运邻二甲苯分离、己烷分馏系统,待时机合适时再考虑产出的工艺线路,使装置运行能耗由64.22 kg标油/吨原料降低至48.4 kg标油/吨原料,达到"节支降耗、增收创效"的效果。Compared Daxie petrochemical 550000 tons/year aromatics extraction unit with other similar units,o-xylene and hexane had been produced as new product. Carefully consideration price difference between o-xylene and mixed xylene,hexane and chemical light oil price differences not only,also tax differences,established the o-xylene tower and hexane fractionator system again. Operation is stable and product is excellent since unit start feeding at May 17 starts. But we found that the two products at present market price advantage is lesser,annual revenue is not high,in the sales of o-xylene and hexane product. Therefore,optimize 550000 tons/year aromatics extraction unit operation,put forward to halt o-xylene separation,hexane fractionation system,reconsider output again when the time is right.
