摘 要:单相小功率光伏并网往往采用先升压再逆变的两级式结构,效率进一步提升受到限制且输出电压电平数较少。研究了一种新型9电平升压逆变器,采用投切电容的方式实现升压和逆变——投切电容式9电平逆变器,可同时完成升压和逆变,为提高系统效率提供有效途径。在分析投切电容式9电平逆变器拓扑工作原理的基础上,采用低次谐波最小原则的阶梯波调制算法。该升压逆变系统具有开关频率低、电压阶梯多、电流质量较好等优点。最后通过软件仿真及硬件实验验证了新型逆变器的可行性及算法的正确性。Traditional topologies always need to boost firstly and invert voltage in the field of low-powersingle-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system,the two-stage structure owns lower efficiency and less output voltagelevels. A novel nine level booster inverter was developed,and throw-cut mode of the capacitors was applied,which wasswitch capacitors nine level inverter. Booster and inverter were accomplished simultaneously,so system efficiency wasalso improved. Based on analysis of circuit topology,step waveform modulation algorithm with minimum low-orderharmonics principle was employed to alternate voltage. Satisfactory performances of low switching frequency,morevoltage levels and desired current quality were obtained. The validity and superiority are verified by simulation andexperimental results.
