异常黏液质型阳痿患者肾上腺轴激素变化及其与常见临床参数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨异常黏液质型阳痿患者肾上腺轴激素变化及其与常见临床参数的相关性,分析其生殖生物学意义。方法选取国际勃起功能指数5项(IIEF-5)评分<22分的阳痿患者112例,在维医辩证分型的基础上分为异常黏液质型阳痿组(A组)和非异常黏液质型阳痿组(B组),并择取健康对照者(N组)28例。采集年龄、身高、体质量、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、血压、脉搏以及男性性欲量表-4(MSF-4)评分,并检测血浆皮质醇(COR)与促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平。结果 A组COR水平较N组显著升高(P<0.05)。COR水平与IIEF-5、MSF-4呈负相关,与血压呈正相关。结论肾上腺轴激素神经内分泌紊乱可能在异常黏液质型阳痿病证的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,其中COR水平与异常黏液质型阳痿患者性欲、勃起功能障碍的严重程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the hormonal changes of adrenal axis and their correlation to IIEF -5 in male impotence disease patients with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome. Methods A total of 112 male impo-tence disease patients （ IIEF -5 score〈22） were divided into impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome （A ） and impotence group without abnormal phlegmatic syndrome （B ） according to Uyghur medicine, and 28 healthy males as the normal control group （N）. The ag e, height, weight, BMI ,waist circumference, blood pressure, pulserate , and MSF -4 score were recorded and cortisol and ACTH levels were detected. Results Cortisol level in group A was significantly increased compared to group N, and cortisol level showed a significant correlation to IIEF -5, M SF -4 scores and blood pressure. Conclusion Hormonal changes of adrenal axis might play an important role in the occurrence and development of impo-tence disease with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome. Cortisol may become an useful index for the evaluation of sexual function.
