摘 要:目的探讨肝功能和脂代谢改变与异常黏液质型阳痿的关系。方法选取国际勃起功能指数5项(IIEF-5)评分<22分的阳痿患者112例,在维医辨证分型的基础上分为异常黏液质型阳痿组(46例)和非异常黏液质型阳痿组(66例),并选取正常对照组28例,检测肝功指标及血脂7项。结果 (1)肝功指标:异常黏液质型阳痿组中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(ChE)、总胆红素(TBILI)和间接胆红素(IBILI)较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。异常黏液质型阳痿组总蛋白(TP)与白蛋白(ALB)较正常对照组和非异常黏液质型阳痿组均显著降低(P<0.05)。异常黏液质型阳痿组L-γ-谷氨酰胺转移酶(L-γ-GGT)和总胆汁酸(TBA)较正常对照组与非异常黏液质型阳痿组均显著升高(P<0.05)。(2)血脂谱变化:异常黏液质型阳痿组甘油三酯(TG)较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。异常黏液质型阳痿组极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)较正常对照组和非异常黏液质型阳痿组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论肝功能和脂肪代谢异常可能与维医异常黏液质型阳痿病证的发生、发展有关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between liver function and lipid metabolism and abnormal mucinous impotence. Methods A total of 112 male impotence disease patients (IIEF-5 scores〈22) were divided into impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome and impotence group without abnormal phlegmatic syndrome according to Uyghur medicine, and 28 healthy males as the normal control group. Hepatic biochemical indexes and serum lipid levels were detected. Results (1) Changes of hepatic biochemical indexes: ALP, ChE, TBILI, DBILI and IBILI levels in impotence group with abnormal phleg-matic syndrome were significantly decreased compared to normal control group (P 〈0.05). TP and ALB levels in impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome were significantly decreased compared to both the normal control group and impotence group without abnormal phlegmatic syndrome (P 〈0.05). L- y-GGT and TBA levels were significantly increased in impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome compared to both the normal control group and impotence group without abnormal phlegmatic syndrome (P 〈0.05). (2) Serum lipid change: TG level was significantly increased in impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome compared to the normal control group (P 〈0.05), while VLDL-C level was significantly increased in impotence group with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome compared to boththe normal control group and impotence group without abnormal phlegmatic syndrome (P 〈0.05). Conclu-sion Changes of hepatic biochemical indexes and serum lipid levels might be highly related to the initiation and development of impotence disease with abnormal phlegmatic syndrome.
