摘  要:目的探讨异常黏液质证候模型大鼠阴茎组织中P物质(SP)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的表达及其意义。方法选择具有正常性功能的雄性大鼠,其中10只为正常组(N组),46只为证候模型组,采用湿寒干预条件建立异常黏液质证侯大鼠模型,然后随机分为证侯模型组(B1组,16只)、证侯自然反证组(B2组,15只)、证侯药物反证组(B3组,15只)。反证2w后,免疫组化方法检测阴茎组织中SP、AchE的表达。结果 (1)大鼠阴茎组织中SP表达:B1、B2组较N组显著增高(P<0.05);B2、B3组较B1组显著降低(P<0.05);B3组较B2组显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)大鼠阴茎组织中AchE表达:B1、B2组较N组显著降低(P<0.05);B3组较B1、B2组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论维医异常黏液质证候大鼠模型阴茎组织中SP显著增高、AchE显著降低,对证维药伊木萨克片可能通过下调SP、上调AchE表达对异常黏液质证候大鼠模型发挥作用。Objective To study the expression and roles of substance P (SP) and AchE in the abnormal phlegmatic syndrome rat model. Methods A total of 56 mature male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: normal control group (n =10) that had normal environment and diet, and model group (n =46) that was treated with cold-wet environment, and biological parameters and sexual behavior of the rats were observed for 20 weeks until establishment of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome rat model. Then the rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: abnormal phlegmatic syndrome group (B1 , 16 rats) , spontaneous disproof group (B2, 15 rats) , medication disproof group ( B3, 15 rats), disproved for 2 weeks. SP and AchE were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) SP expression was increased in B1 and B2 group compared with N group (P 〈0.05) ; B2 and B3 groups were decreased compared with B1 group (P 〈0.05); B3 group was decreased compared with B1 group (P 〈0.05). (2 )AchE expression was decreased in B1 and B2 group compared with N group (P 〈0.05) ; B3 group was increased compared with B1 and B2 group (P 〈0 .05). Conclusions SP expression decreased and AchE expression increased in penistissue of abnormal phlegmatic syndrome rat model, Yimusake may play critical role in regulating the ex-pression of SP and AchE.
