手术专科护理工作体系的建立及经验探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨合理的手术专科护理工作体系及该体系的应用效果。方法对新疆医科大学附属中医医院手术麻醉科50名护士进行调整,形成七大手术专科护理组和三级管理的模式,建立相应的培训和考核体系。分析比较体系建立前后医护配合质量满意度、理论和实践考核得分以及考核的合格率。结果手术专科护理工作体系建立后手术医师对护理人员在物品准备、传递器械、特殊器械使用、精密仪器保管、手术配合、手术期的护理和整体护理满意度(90%~98%)的满意度明显高于建立前的(64%~76%)(P<0.05);体系建立后护理人员各专科理论知识[(94.05±5.83)分]和实践操作考核得分[(95.27±2.05)分]明显高于体系建立前[(82.71±3.87)分、(82.51±3.17)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术专科护理工作体系建立后护理人员的理论与操作考核合格率(98.0%)明显高于建立前(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立七大手术专科护理组和三级管理模式的手术专科护理工作体系,可明显提高手术配合质量满意度,增强护理人员理论和实践操作水平,增加考核合格率,有利于手术室护理人员向专业化和多能化发展。Objective To investigatethe reasonable nursing system of operation specialty and the application effect of the system. Methods Divided 50 nurses from the Anesthesia Department into 7 specialist surgical nursing groups. Applied 3-level management model. Established the corresponding training and assessment system. Analying doctor nurse cooperation quality satisfaction, theoretical and practical examination scores and examination pass rates. Results The nursing quality satisfaction rate remarkablyincreased （from 64% -76% to 90% -98%） after the establishment of the surgical nursing system （P〈0.05） , especially in surgical preparation,transmission of equipment,the use of special equipment, the storage of precision in-strument, operative coordination and the nursing ofthe perioperative and the holistic periods. The special-ized theoretical scoring raised（from 82.71 ± 3.87 to 94.05± 5.83） and the practical assessment scores were significantly higher （from 82.51± 3.17 to 95.27±2.05）than before （P 〈0.05）. The theoretical and opera-tional examination passing rates of the nurses were remarkablyincreased. （76.0% to 98.0% , P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The surgical nursing system establishment of the 7 specialist surgical nursing groups and the 3-level management model can significantly improve the satisfaction rate of the doctor nurse cooperation quality, enhance the theoretical and the practical level of the nursing staffs and increase the examination passing rates. The establishment of the surgical nursing working system is conducive for developing the specializationand multi-abilities of nursing staffs.
