摘　　要：市政公用事业是城市经济社会可持续发展的基础,随着城市化进程的加快,城市容量的不断扩大,城市市政公用事业面临的挑战也越发严峻。加大市政公用事业投资力度,拓宽融资渠道;统筹协调不同地区发展;完善市政公用产品价格形成机制;完善市政公用事业管理体制;深化政务公开,强化监督机制等措施将有助于推动市政公用事业的快速发展。Municipal utilities are closely bound up with the life of people,and it is an elemental factor in the sustainable development and economy growth of a country.With the acceleration of urbanization process,the urban capacity becomes larger and larger.Challenges of municipal utilities become even more grim.Getting more investment,expanding financing channels,coordinating with the development of different regions,perfecting price mechanism,improving the management system,deepening the opening up of government affairs,strengthening mechanism of supervise will be helpful to accelerate the development of municipal utilities.
