摘 要:为了研究高海拔环境对万能式断路器温升和温度场分布的影响,以某型号万能式断路器为算例,建立断路器的外流场CFD计算模型,对断路器温度场与空气之间的耦合作用进行热仿真,计算高海拔环境下断路器接线端、触头处温升和空气流动情况。与温升试验结果进行对比,验证计算模型的正确性与仿真方法的合理性。通过分析计算不同海拔环境对断路器温升、空气流动的影响,可为其他型号产品的热设计、仿真提供参考和依据。In order to study the influence of high altitude environment on the temperature rise & temperature field distribution of air circuit breaker (ACB) ,this paper took a type of ACB as an example, the external flow field CFD model of ACB was established. Thermal simulation of the coupling effect between the temperature field and air flow was done. The temperature rise of wiring terminal & contact and air velocity filed was calculated at high altitude environment. The correctness of the calculation model and simulation method was verified through comparison with the temperature rise test. The influence of different altitude environment on the temperature rise and air flow of ACB was analyzed. The work provides a reference and basis for thermal design & simulation of other types of products.
