摘 要:永磁机构的激磁回路决定着永磁断路器的合闸特性。对激磁回路的工作原理和数学模型进行分析可以知道,影响激磁回路合闸电流最大值的变量由线圈的物理参数(电感、电阻),电容的物理参数(初始电压、容量)共同决定。通过正交优化方法选择了合理的线圈线径、电容电压和电容容量,使得激磁回路的电流最大。同时,通过优化可以了解各参数对结果的影响顺序。The excitation circuit of permanent magnet mechanism determines the closing characteristics of the permanent magnet circuit breaker. The analysis of the working principle and mathematical model of the excitation circuit shows that the variables that affect the maximum value of the closing current of the excitation circuit are determined by the physical parameters( inductance and resistance) of the coil and the physical parameters(initial voltage and capacity) of the capacitor. Therefore,this paper chooses a reasonable diameter of the coil,the voltage and capacity of the capacitor through the orthogonal optimization method, which makes the current of the excitation circuit the largest. At the same time,through the optimization it can understand the impact of the parameters on the order of the results.
