摘 要:目的:探求渐进窗口目标转换因子分析法用于色谱峰匹配的原理及应用。方法:采用HPLC-PDAD获取瓜蒌薤白有效部位及其组方药材瓜蒌、薤白的指纹图谱,按渐进窗口目标转换因子分析法的原理对瓜蒌薤白有效部位与其组方药材的色谱指纹图谱进行峰匹配。结果:采用该方法用于瓜蒌薤白有效部位与组方药材色谱指纹图谱峰的匹配,瓜蒌薤白乙酸乙酯部位与瓜蒌乙酸乙酯部位有22个共有峰,瓜蒌薤白正丁醇部位与薤白正丁醇部位有10个共有峰。结论:采用渐进窗口目标转换因子分析法可以快速、准确地进行不同指纹图谱间色谱峰的匹配。Objective: To investigate the principle and application of the asymptotic window target transformation factor analytical method in the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint peak matching. Methods: The fingerprints of the effective fraction in Gualou-Xiebai and the herbs in its prescription were obtained by using HPLC-PDAD, and the HPLC chromatographic peaks in fingerprints were peak-matched based on the principle of the asymptotic window target transformation factor analytical method. Results: With this method, there were 22 common peaks between the ethyl acetate extraction of Gualou-Xiebai and Gualou, and there were 10 common peaks between the n-butanol extraction of Gualou-Xiebai and Xiebai. Conclusion: The asymptotic window target transformation factor analytical method can match the chromatogram peaks quickly and accurately between different fingerprints.
