普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对患有萎缩性阴道炎患者的治疗中采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗的临床效果进行探究观察。方法 100例萎缩性阴道炎患者作为本次研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用雌三醇栓治疗,观察组采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(74.00%),观察组治疗后阴道健康评分(15.63±3.47)分高于治疗前(8.63±1.74)分,对照组治疗后阴道健康评分(12.28±2.54)分高于治疗前(8.60±1.66)分;观察组治疗后阴道炎症状评分(3.80±1.03)分明显低于治疗前(9.87±2.70)分,对照组治疗后阴道炎症状评分(5.96±1.68)分明显低于治疗前(9.95±2.73)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组阴道健康评分和阴道炎症状评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患有萎缩性阴道炎的患者在治疗中采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗能够取得良好的临床疗效,可提高治疗的安全性,改善患者的阴道炎症,提高阴道的健康指数,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore and observe the clinical effect of promestriene vaginal capsule in the treatment of patients with atrophic vaginitis. Methods A total of 100 atrophic vaginitis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received estriol suppository for treatment, and the observation group received promestriene vaginal capsule for treatment. Clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate（90.00%） than the control group（74.00%）. The observation group had higher vaginal health score as（15.63±3.47） points after treatment than（8.63±1.74） points before treatment. The control group had higher vaginal health score as（12.28±2.54） points after treatment than（8.60±1.66） points before treatment. The observation group had obviously lower vaginitis symptom score as（3.80±1.03） points after treatment than（9.87±2.70） points before treatment. The control group had obviously lower vaginitis symptom score as（5.96±1.68） after treatment than（9.95±2.73） points before treatment. All their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had better vaginal health score and vaginitis symptom score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Promestriene vaginal capsule shows perfect clinical curative effect in treating atrophic vaginitis patients, and it can improve the safety of the treatment, patient＇s vagina inflammation, and vaginal health index. So it is worth clinical popularization and application.
