内镜下鼻胆引流术后个性化护理临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析内镜下鼻胆引流术(ENBD)后个性化护理的应用效果。方法 96例行ENBD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理。比较两组治疗效果和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组总有效率、护理满意度分别为93.75%、97.92%,均高于对照组的77.08%、85.42%,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ENBD后个性化护理的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate and analyze application effect by personalized nursing after endoscopic nasobiliary drainage（ENBD）. Methods A total of 96 patients receiving endoscopic nasobiliary drainage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received personalized nursing. Comparison was made on curative effect and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results After nursing, the observation group had total effective rate and nursing satisfaction degree respectively as 93.75% and 97.92%, which were all higher than 77.08% and 85.42% in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of personalized nursing after endoscopic nasobiliary drainageshows excellent effect, and it is worth clinical promotion.
