三甲医院构建三级医疗网络服务系统初探

摘　　要：论文主要介绍三甲医院实验性运行的三级医疗网络服务系统的搭建方式和运行模式,探讨对医药卫生体制改革和公立医院改革的内容、构建以三甲医院为龙头的层级分布的医疗体系的可行性和必要性,对构建过程中出现的问题进行了讨论。该实践在全面落实国家医改结构布局上进行了探索,取得了较好的社会效应。The models of constructing and operating the three-level health service networks are introduced according the experimental practice in the 3A hospital.The discussions are made on the content of health system reform and the reform of public hospitals,the feasibility and necessity of setting up hierarchy public service with 3A-hospitals as leaders,and the problems in the process of construction.As an exploration in the overall arrangement of the state health system reform,the practice has achieved good social effects.
