摘 要:对分析纯的ZnO和Fe_2O_3粉末进行超声波分散及高能球磨预处理后恒温焙烧制备ZnFe_2O_4材料。通过粒级筛分、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析等手段对产品粒度、结晶状况和微观形貌进行表征。利用插值法和响应曲面法处理硫酸浸出试验数据,研究初始酸浓度和浸出温度对铁酸锌酸溶特性的单因素影响及交互作用影响。结果表明,700℃时即可制得纯ZnFe_2O_4,且温度升高有利于结晶、扩散,晶粒固溶范围扩大;温度的升高和酸度的增加都会促使铁酸锌溶解,酸度越高,铁酸锌随温度的升高其溶解速率越快。The preparation of ZnFe2O4 by constant temperature calcination after ultrasonic dispersion and high energy ball milling pretreatment of analgticallg pure ZnO and Fe2O3. The particle size, crystallinity and morphology of the products were characterized by particle size distribution analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influence of the single factor, including the initial acid concentration and leaching temperature on the soluble propertg of zihe ferrite and the influence of the interaction between the initial acid concentration and leaching temperature were studied by using the interpolation method and response surface method. The results show that pure ZnFe2O4 can be obtained at 700℃ , and the increase of temperature is favorable to crystallization and diffusion. The increase of temperature and the increase of acidity will result in the dissolution of zinc ferrite, the higher the acidity, the higher the dissolution rate of zinc ferriteis.
