前列地尔注射液联合坎地沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列地尔注射液联合坎地沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:随机把我院78例糖尿病肾病患者分成对照组及治疗组,对照组单用坎地沙坦治疗,治疗组应用坎地沙坦联合前列地尔注射液治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后BUN、Scr以及UAER水平均显著低于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率是94.9%,对照组治疗总有效率是76.9%,治疗组临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病应用前列地尔注射液联合坎地沙坦治疗能够获得良好疗效,可显著改善肾功能,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil injection combined with candesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：78 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with candesartan alone. The treatment group was treated with candesartan combined with alprostadil injection.Results：After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr and UAER in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.9%,the total effective rate in the control group was76.9% The clinical curative effect is obviously better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with alprostadil injection combined with candesartan can obtain good curative effect,which can significantly improve the renal function of patients and deserve clinical popularization.
