摘  要:在经过多年运行之后,映秀湾电站机组的性能严重下降,不利于机组的稳定、高效运行。首先利用现代水力设计手段对映秀湾水电站的旧转轮(A36)进行优化设计得到新转轮(A606c),而后利用计算流体动力学方法(CFD)对新旧转轮进行数值模拟,通过对比分析新旧转轮的各项指标。研究表明,优化设计后得到的新转轮在各项指标中都优于旧转轮,并且符合映秀湾电站的实际情况,说明此次对转轮的优化设计达到了改造要求的。After years" operation, the performance of Yingxiuwan power units are declining seriously, which is not conducive to the stable and efficient operation of the unit. Firstly, the use of modern means of hydraulic design of Yingxiuwan Hydropower Station Old runner (A36) has optimized new runner (A606c) , then the numeric~ simulation of the new and old runner is carried out by using the computational fluid dy- namics (CFD) method, a comparative analysis is made of various indicators of the old and new runner. The research shows that the new run- ner is better than the old one in the index. And the actual situation of Yingxiuwan Power Plant shows that the optimization design of the run- ner can satisfy the requirements of the transformation.
